To use our money-back guarantee, you must notify our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase. 

We only ask that you try our videos and exercises before requesting a refund. This way, you at least gave it a fair shot.

No Refund and Chargeback Policy

Below are the exceptions when our Money Back Guarantee does not apply. 

This means that we will not issue refunds or entertain chargebacks under any of the following circumstances;

– Our guarantee is valid for first-time purchases, and redeemable up to 30 days after the purchase date. Refund requests initiated after 30 days of purchase will not be granted.

– Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Refund requests to another card or by any other method will not be granted.

– Refunds will not be granted if you purchase under a promotional offer or using a certificate, gift card or partner code.

– Refunds will not be granted if you receive a gift of any kind after making your purchase or if you purchased under a promotion that offered you a gift.

– Refunds will not be granted if you download our videos after ordering. If you download videos, you are confirming your intention of viewing the videos in a future date, thus making your purchase valid and final. Our system tracks downloads and online video playing for each account.
